- We will then book a Free Design Consultation appointment at our luxury kitchen showroom in Stock Village.

Listen………
- You arrive at our showroom and we will walk you round and talk through the features and quality of our bespoke kitchen displays.
- You can then sit back and relax while we listen to your initial ideas regarding the overall design ethos for your new kitchen.
- We take a detailed design brief considering all elements of the design including colours, flooring and other key design elements.
- We share our wealth of experience and design ideas which will make your kitchen unique and inspiring.
- We discuss information regarding budget & timescales for your project.
- We book a design presentation appointment within a week depending on your schedule.

Design……..
- Your fabulous designer then creates 3 D photo realistic design presentation for your new kitchen including considerations to colours, finishes, flooring, appliances and worktops.
- You arrive at the showroom to sit down with your designer for your personalised design presentation to present the provisional design and costing.
- Designer takes comprehensive notes of your thoughts and any changes which you would like to make.
- Your designer then books a follow up appointment to present your revised design.

Refine…………
- We present the revised design and run through every detail with you to ensure you fully understand the design and specification of your new kitchen including the revised costing.
- We discuss timescales and project schedules.
- When you are completely happy, we kindly ask for a deposit to secure the factory slot for manufacture of your bespoke kitchen.

Deliver……….
- Once it is possible to do so, we’ll arrange a pre-installation site visit to check dimensions and discuss technicalities with your builder / contractor.
- We provide detailed technical drawings for your contractor to enable them to accurately position plumbing, electrical and ducting connections for your new kitchen.
- We schedule your kitchen installation to fit in with the larger works.
- Your kitchen is delivered.
- Our dedicated luxury kitchen installer installs your kitchen furniture. (5 Days)
- Your worktops are templated by our local worktop company.
- 5-8 days later your worktops are installed and your contractor or our fitter can then install the appliances and connect them
- Final project sign off meeting with your designer.
- You enjoy your beautiful new kitchen.

Care………
- You designer is available to support you at any time if you have any questions regarding your new kitchen.
- Installation is guaranteed for 5 years.
- Kitchen furniture is guaranteed for 10 years.
- Rest assured, we are always here for you for the life of the kitchen to help with absolutely anything you may need.
