Tom and Kirsty envisioned a sleek, modern kitchen that combined sophistication with a welcoming feel. They opted for a bold, dark colour scheme paired with lighter tones to create a sense of balance and warmth. Central to their design was a generously sized breakfast bar, ideal for casual dining and leisurely mornings, positioned to provide an uninterrupted view of the garden. This space was designed to be both functional and serene, offering a connection to the outdoors through the natural light flooding in, enhancing the overall ambiance of the kitchen.

DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS

This kitchen design reflects Tom and Kirsty’s desire for a contemporary yet inviting space. Dark cabinetry with a concrete-inspired texture sets a bold foundation, beautifully offset by lighter worktops that add contrast and brightness. A generously sized breakfast bar, complete with a sleek waterfall edge, serves as a practical dining spot while offering a serene view of the garden. Above, industrial-style pendant lights bring an edgy sophistication to the space. The ample natural light pouring in from the large windows softens the darker tones, creating a bright and welcoming environment that perfectly balances modern aesthetics with everyday usability.
