Sonia envisioned a contemporary kitchen with an open-plan layout centred around a generously sized island. She expressed a preference for a neutral colour palette, complemented by the warmth and texture of exposed brick to soften the minimalist design.

Hidden storage was a key requirement, with bespoke cabinetry designed to conceal appliances and everyday essentials, ensuring a clean and uncluttered appearance. Matte finishes were chosen for the cabinetry and surfaces, adding a refined and understated sophistication to the space. The ultimate aim was to craft a kitchen that feels both spacious and welcoming, seamlessly blending modern style with functional design.

Design Highlights

This kitchen design achieves a harmonious blend of contemporary style and inviting warmth. The Alpine Super Matt cabinetry, finished in an elegant off-white, is paired with an Oak Veneer island that introduces a natural, organic touch to the space. Copper bar stools provide a striking accent, perfectly complementing the exposed brickwork to create an industrial-inspired yet polished aesthetic.

The dark Dekton Sirius ceramic worktops offer a bold contrast to the light cabinetry and wooden elements while delivering exceptional durability, making them perfect for a high-traffic kitchen. A black Quooker tap enhances practicality by providing instant boiling, still, and sparkling water.

This careful combination of textures and tones brings to life a sophisticated, open-plan kitchen that is as functional as it is stylish, reflecting the client’s vision perfectly.
