Tom envisioned a kitchen that exuded both luxury and sophistication, seamlessly fitting into the spacious, open-plan design of their home. They opted for a rich, dark green colour scheme that not only adds depth and character but also creates a welcoming atmosphere. To enhance the sense of elegance, tom wanted brushed brass fixings which would offer a striking contrast against the dark cabinetry while introducing a warm and refined touch to the overall design.

Design Highlights

The design aimed to create a balanced and sophisticated colour scheme, with subtle details adding character to the contemporary aesthetic. The cabinetry, finished in a deep, refined shade of Studio Green by Farrow & Ball, brings a sense of richness and timeless appeal.

Quartz worktops with a waterfall edge offer a smooth and cohesive look, while matte textures across surfaces reinforce the modern vibe. Brushed brass accents introduce a layer of warmth and sophistication, tying the palette together.

A custom walnut ladder adds both functionality and a unique design element, providing effortless access to overhead storage while enhancing the room’s bespoke feel. The finished kitchen is a perfect blend of elegance and practicality, tailored to Tom’s preferences.
